  • All responses received by parts seekers come from officially registered used spare parts shops in the search area.
  • The website may not withhold responses during the active request period.
  • The website allows all registered used spare parts shops in the search area to reply directly to incoming requests, without exception.

Quality and Pricing Policy

  • All replies about parts are direct responses from the shops. The website does not intervene in the quality of responses, the condition of parts, or any warranty. These matters are strictly between the two parties.
  • The website does not interfere in pricing. Prices are set by the two parties through their direct communication without any intermediary.
  • The website is not entitled to take or request any commission on parts bought or sold by either party (parts seekers and shops). Its role is limited to informational mediation only.

  • The website is committed to protecting the privacy of parts seekers and will not display personal data such as names or contact details. Only the part requirements will be shown to partner shops.
  • The website is committed to protecting the privacy of our partner shops regarding all activities conducted through the website.

Principles and Expectations

  • We expect seriousness from parts seekers, whether they are in need of a part, only want to know the price, or intend to buy. The customer is not obligated to complete a purchase if, for any reason, the deal is not suitable.
  • We expect our partners (used spare parts shops) to respond seriously and to uphold ethical and professional responsibility in all dealings with our customers.
